Question

My invoices are suddenly in a landscape format instead of portrait. When I'm in the "Customize" section, there is no option for it. How do I correct that?

I never set it to landscape so I'm unsure why that changed. I've been using the app for years.

When creating an invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed, the interface may look landscape to match your device screen. To verify the true layout, open an existing invoice and proceed to the print preview page where you can confirm it is in portrait orientation.

To start, here's how:

  1. Go to the Invoices tab
  2. Click on an existing invoice and it'll route you to a print preview page where you can get a clear view of the screen orientation.

You can also set it up on the print preview page to tailor it to your specifications when printing or sending to customers in PDF format.
