When a specific recurring transaction template fails to save a setting, it indicates minor data corruption within that template. The most effective way to resolve this issue is to delete the faulty template and create a new one.

Here's how to set up your new template:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring transactions.
  2. Find your invoice template, click the drop-down arrow in the Action column, and choose Delete.
  3. Select the New button, choose Invoice, and click OK.
  4. Enter your template details, making sure to leave the Auto send emails box unchecked, and select Save template.

After completing these steps, you should regain control over when your invoices are sent out.
