ONE INVOICE ENTER TO SYSTEM WITH OUT MY KNOW

It's possible that someone else entered this invoice for you, Ahmad.

QuickBooks allows us to add additional users, including both regular users and accountants.

To verify who created this invoice, you can check your audit log. 

If you find that this invoice entry is not valid, you can easily delete it by following these steps:

1. Go to Sales and select All Sales.
2. Locate the invoice and click View/Edit to review the details.
3. Click on More actions below and select Delete.
