Question

QB online is not displaying the invoices & payments under specific customer tab. Screen is blank under the customers name. Tried logging out and back in & refreshing page

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers for better compatibility.
