The PDF preview for an invoice which was uploaded is not showing up. It shows a blank page. How to resolve the issue?

Let's resolve the error you have with your PDF viewer, @useranassurti77

 

In case you're using Firefox as your browser,  the built-in PDF handler doesn’t support QuickBooks Online. I suggest you switch to a PDF handler. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Tools or Options and select Options.
  2. Select Applications and change Portable Document Format (PDF) to Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
  3. Select Print.

For other browsers, you can delete cookies and temporary internet files to resolve this. It varies per browser, so I suggest checking this article for detailed guidance: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
