QuickBooks Online is designed to process each sales receipt as an individual record, which is why the default workflow requires several clicks per transaction. If you need to print multiple receipts at once, you can save time by using the batch printing feature.
If you have already created the forms, go to All apps > Sales & Get Paid > Sales transactions, and check the boxes for the receipts you want to print. From the Batch actions dropdown, select Print to finish the task in one go.
