Hi @1743_2,

You'll want to use the import style feature to create an invoice template without the "bill to" section. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go back to Gear, then Custom form styles.
  2. Click the New style drop-down, and then Import style.
  3. In the Pick Your Form Type section, choose Invoice. Then, Next.
  4. Download import guide and start creating your own custom style invoice template. Save it on your desktop.
  5. Go back to QuickBooks and then Browse.
  6. Follow the steps that'll guide you through the rest.

With these steps, you're able to remove the "bill to" from your invoice. You can learn about importing invoice style at this link: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.

We also have a guide on categorizing and matching online bank transactions that I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has information and steps that'll help you match your bank transactions with QuickBooks transactions.

Please don't hesitate to swing by if you have other questions or concerns. We're here to lend a hand. Thanks for coming by and I wish you have a great weekend ahead.
