We are not able to select different currencies even if we have multi currency access. Tried to create a USD supplier but not visible to select USD. the same case with cus

Hello there, Irshad1. Since you've already enabled the multi-currency feature, we need to determine if this is a cached display error.

 

With that in mind, you can start by updating your current browser, then log in using a private or incognito window to rule out any interference from your stored cache. After that, return to creating a Supplier and Customer to check if the USD currency is visible.

 

Alternatively, you can restart your browser and add Intuit as a trusted site in your browser settings. If the issue persists, please don’t hesitate to contact our Live Support team. They can further securely check into your account and help find a resolution.
