This error can occur when the Sales Tax Registration (TIN) and Business Registration Number (BRN) entered in QuickBooks Online do not exactly match the information registered in your MyInvois portal.

You'll want to verify if they're correctly added to the e-invoicing setup. You can copy the details from the portal and paste them into QuickBooks Online to ensure they're the same.

If everything appears correct but the error persists, consider resetting the e-invoicing setup in an incognito window or a different browser to start a fresh session. An outdated cache can prevent the system from recognizing your updated information.
