when creating a n invoice, the full list of customers is no longer there

Hi @Maueve

 

When you mentioned the full list of customers is missing, are you referring to the customer drop-down menu on the Invoice page or the Customers tab?

 

If the issue occurs in either of these screens, it may be caused by temporary browser-related issues. To start, try refreshing your browser, as this can clear small temporary issues and reload the page properly.  If it’s still missing, Log out of your account and log back in to refresh your session and to ensure the system has synced correctly.

 

If the issue continues, I suggest trying a different browser. Sometimes, certain browsers may have trouble displaying things properly, and switching to another one can help resolve the problem.
