When we try to add a bill, the Items/Products list is not showing. Only the Category details option is available.

Dear Support Team, We are facing an issue in our QuickBooks Online account. When we try to add a bill, the Items/Products list is not showing. Only the Category details option is available. Previously, we were able to select products and services, but now they are not visible. Kindly check and advise how to enable the Items/Products section while creating a bill.
