while preparing sale invoice from QBO we found only one dedicated field for mentioning PO number. But in our case there are multiple PO number in one sale invoice .

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there’s one specific field that is usually provided for the PO number on invoices, Meena.

 

You can use custom fields to include multiple PO numbers. However, keep in mind that only up to three custom fields can be added to a single sales invoice. If you need to include several PO numbers, I recommend using the memo section on the invoice as an alternative.
