Why apps shotcu no show invoice payment？

When using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, there are three shortcut options where we can record invoice payments. 

Here are the following: 

• Quick Action - Take pay > Charge Payment or Record Payment
• Shortcut tab - Invoice > From there, you can select and pay the invoice. 
• All tab - Go to the Money in section and choose Invoice Payment

However, if you're still unable to locate the shortcut for the invoice payment, we can Refresh Data to clear your app's cache and remove errors that might be causing this. If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app to fix the problem.
