We want to take a closer look at this to check why your inventory reports do not have the same quantity on hand, Kristine.
 
To do that, please contact our live support team. They can double-check both inventory reports and provide further help.

 

Follow these steps on how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select Contact Support Team, then type in "contact support one more time.
  5. Choose No, I still need help.
  6. Click Chat.
