The Snap Receipt feature’s availability varies by region and is currently accessible in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, @bradlyC. If you're located outside of these regions, the feature isn’t yet available.
If the feature isn’t accessible in your current region, I recommend exploring third-party apps that allow receipt capturing. Additionally, you can consider manually attaching your receipt files to transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by following the steps through this article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
To request the Snap Receipt feature for your region, you can share feedback with our product developers directly:
Go to the Gearicon in QuickBooks.
Select Feedback and enter your product suggestion or comments.
Click Next to submit your request.
