An option to restore a deleted invoice is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. But, we can utilize the Audit log feature to get the details of the deleted invoice and recreate it.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Audit Log.
In the Filter drop-down, choose the appropriate User, Date, and Events filter then click Apply.
Locate the deleted transaction and then use the browser search by pressing Ctrl + F.
Type in the keyword "deleted" to search.
Under the History column, click View.
All the information needed for the transaction can be found under the EVENT column.
