Welcome to the Community, @sonali-m. QuickBooks Online has a multicurrency feature that will help you track transactions in foreign currencies.

This feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Essentials and the Plus version. Let me guide you in turning this on:

  1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced, then click Edit in the Currency section.
  3. Choose your Home Currency.
  4. Select the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  5. Hit Save and close.

You can also check out this link to learn more about adding currencies you use or adding an account that uses a foreign currency: Turn on and use multicurrency.

For future reference, you'll want to read this article to get more details on receiving payments for invoices with foreign currencies in QBO.

Feel free to visit again if you have other concerns. I'll be around to help with your other QuickBooks tasks.
