Hi Team, I'm looking for approval option in Quickbooks. Is there any option in Quickbooks to approve invoice and payment by authorised person?

The approval option for invoices is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. What you can do is add a standard user with limited access to customers. Then, have them create an invoice and approve the invoice.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear > Manage users. If you can’t select this, you don’t have permission to manage other users. Contact an admin user for help.
2. Click the Add user button.
3. Select the user type you want to create. More options will appear on the screen depending on the user type you select.
4. Enter your new user’s name and email address, and hit Save.
