Hi serene,

You can update your credit card information to successfully process your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. Let me guide you how. 

  1. Sign in to http://qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click the Gear icon next to your company name. Then, select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Billing Info Section, select Edit Billing Info.
  4. Update your credit card.
  5. Click Save Changes.
