My company logo is not appearing in the sales invoice, any idead how to resolve it?

Hi teris,

 

We'll help you check to find out why there's no logo when you download your invoice. Have you tried sending the transaction to your email address for comparison purposes?

 

If the issue only occurs when viewing the downloaded invoice form, please consider updating your Adobe Reader. Learn about updating, repairing, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat. However, if it's the same thing, please contact our QBO Support team so they can use more tools to check this further.

 

  1. Click on Help and click Search bar.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.
  3.  Enter something like logo is missing on downloaded invoices and click Continue.
  4. Choose Chat.
