Product shown as deleted in the invoice as a result inventory not deducted. So we remove the delete in the invoice as a result the opening balance is now wrong

You can edit the opening balance to correct it. This can be done by going through the Account history in the Chart of Accounts (COA). Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account, then tick Account history under Action column.
3. Locate the opening balance entry and select it.
4. Change the amount to the correct one, then hit Save to complete.
