Does QuickBooks not have an online/cloud-based payroll app?

Currently, online payroll is unavailable in your region. In the meantime, I encourage you to check our QuickBooks Resource Center to find alternatives or use a third-party application that can integrate with our system.

You should explore any payroll app available in your local market to comply with your regulation. Then you may import the data as journal entries into your QBO account.
