Good day I am looking for a solution provider that can assist with a Retail Point of Sale Solution that works with Quickbooks Online Hardware and Software if possible

It's nice to have you here in the Community today, @SamirC. Now that I'm here, I'll ensure you can get a retail point of sale application that you can integrate with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Inside your QBO company, there's an Apps tab where you can look for a third-party app that you can integrate to your account  to make your business in QuickBooks easy. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Apps tab.
3. In the Search bar, type Retail Point of Sale as your keyword.
4. Select the app that's suitable for your business needs.
5. Once you're ready, click the Get app now button.
