We can open your account in a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't store any cache. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
After logging in, go to the Customers page. If you see the transactions, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps refresh your browser settings. Then, make sure to close and re-open your browser afterward. You can also try using a different supported browser.
Also, make sure to change the date range to the previous year.
