Question

All the expenses are not showing up, only limited July expenses. Should I do something to make these show up?

Thanks for posting in the Community, info566.

I've checked here in our system and haven't found any open investigation about expenses transactions not showing up. To further isolate the issue, I recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window first to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once done, when you're on the Expenses tab, click the Filter drop-down and be sure to set the correct reporting date.

If it works, to ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser they're using.

In case you need some reference about sorting transactions in QuickBooks Online, you can check this article: Sort and filter transactions in a register.
