Hi there, gthuckstepp.

It looks like you're eligible for Simpler BAS. By default, the reporting method in the Tax Settings is Simpler GST. This means that the code for capital expenses is not included since the amount of GST information required is reduced.

Here are the GST code for Simpler BAS:

  • GST
  • GST Free
  • Out of Scope

These are the codes that are not included:

  • Export Sales
  • Input Tax
  • GST on capital purchases
  • GST on non-capital purchases
  • GST Free capital purchases
  • GST Free non-capital purchases

You can check this article for more explanation about Simpler BAS
