How do I change an expense account number?

Hi usertony.wood-collie,

To change a number on an existing expense account, please follow the steps below to get this done:

1. When signed in select Accounting  on the left-hand side, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Then find the account you wish to change, then click the drop down arrow and select Edit. 
3. When the account details appear, you can change the Number, then hit Save and Close.
