Is anybody else having trouble inputting expenses or receiving customer payment. I cant do either today. Ok till I try to save, then nothing

Appreciate you doing the recommended troubleshooting steps about your query. Are other authorised users in your QuickBooks Online account getting the same behavior you've encountered when entering expense or receiving customer payment?

Furthermore, have you tried to use a different browser and different device computer/laptop/mobile app to verify if the situation is the same? If not, we'd recommend doing that too. It's recommend to use any of the following browsers to avoid unexpected behaviors:

Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Safari 11 or newer version (Mac only)
Microsoft Edge
