What do i do when there is not a mutiple accounts options on my filtering tool?

To single out the cause of this unexpected behavior, you can start by opening your account using a private browser or an incognito window. You can use either of the following shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRLShift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works fine using a private browser, I suggest clearing the cache of your regular web browsers. Using another supported browser can also help us narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior.
