Click the Gear icon at the upper-right and then select Account and settings.
From the left menu, select Sales.
Select the Sales form content section.
Under the Custom fields, you can enter a Name and select Internal if you want that you can only see that field, or Public if you wish to let your customers see it.
Click Save and then Done.

Hi @chris Tan , you could import transaction too by created it first in excel. May be you'll need this one : https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo (import/export tool). Glad to assist you.
