why class is not displaying on accounts receivable and payable transaction in QBO advanced? Even on transaction listing that I generated by clicking from Balance Sheet.

Class tracking only works for income and expense accounts, so it won’t display data for accounts receivable or accounts payable. To track all accounts on the balance sheet, enable location tracking. Locations are applied to every part of your entries and will be reflected in the report.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon and select Account and settings.
2. Select Advanced.
3. In the Categories section, select the Edit icon.
4. Turn on the Track locations.
5. Click Save.

Once enabled, you can add a location to each transaction, name them as needed, and they will appear on your Balance Sheet.
