All my expenses I added manually are gone all of a sudden what do I do?

Let's use the Audit Log feature to verify if someone deleted your expenses transactions. This feature keeps track of your activities in the program. Here's how:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon and then select Audit log.
3. Click Filter.
4. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
5. Once done, click on Apply.

If no one made changes to your books, I'd recommend searching for the expenses transactions via a private window. This is a good place to determine if is a browser-related issue.  

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

If it works, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently.

You can also use other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
