QuickBooks Online doesn’t have features to take screenshots on a mobile device for monitoring purposes. The app is specifically designed for managing finances, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
We encourage you to share this valuable idea with our product engineers for consideration in future updates. To provide your feedback, simply follow these steps:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
In the bottom left corner of your screen, click Menu.
Scroll down and select Send Feedback.
Enter your suggestion in the What do you want us to know? field.
Click Send Feedback to submit your input.
Alternatively, you can open your QuickBooks account using a web browser for taking screenshots. Most devices, whether a computer or mobile phone, come equipped with built-in tools for capturing screenshots. Here’s how you can do it:
Windows Computer: Press Windows + Print Screen or use the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot.
Mac: Press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the entire screen, or Command + Shift + 4 to select and capture a specific area.
