Can I do one payment file for all my bills to export to the bank at the end of each month?

I'd gladly assist you with paying bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Geraldine.

Beforehand, I'd like to ask if you want to export a report that has all bill payments. If so, I'd suggest pulling up the Bills and Applied Payments (Bill Stub, Vendor, Check Stub) report.

1. On the left navigational panel, look for the Reports tab.
2. Search for the report mentioned above in the Find report by name field.
3. Select the report.

However, if you want to pay multiple bills, here's a quick guide on how:

1. On the upper left corner, click the + New icon.
2. Select Pay bills under Vendors.
3. Put a checkmark on the bills you want to pay from multiple suppliers.
4. Once done, click Save and close.
