Can i write checks in quickbooks online?

Yes, you can enter a previous check to QBO, @dianners63. 

Worry no more, for I have all the steps needed to record your year-old transaction. I'd be more than happy to walk you through the process: 

1. Select + New.
2. Select Cheque.
3. Record each transaction made between your start date and today.

Besides writing a check, it's always good to keep a copy of your historical data. I'll give you some useful tips for importing your data:

You can connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online to download your transactions. Usually, banks provide data for the last 90 days, but you can log in to your bank's website and download the older ones. Then, manually upload them to the Banking page and add them to your bank register.
