Can the font be changed to larger than 12? It's a struggle to read the tiny lettering

Are you referring to the sales forms? If so, the largest font size available is the 12pt. It means being able to increase it is unobtainable for now.

However, you can follow these steps if you're referring to the font size in general since QBO depends on the Windows settings.

1. Select the menu icon (a three-dotted line) at the left section of the search bar.
2. Pick the Settings, then go to the Appearance section. 
3. Tick the Font size dropdown and make the necessary changes.
4. Refresh the page before re-opening your account.
