can you please add OUT OF SCOPE TAX to bank transaction page??

You can certainly assign an Out of Scope tax code to your bank transactions as long as it is activated in your settings. If the option doesn't appear, use an incognito window to rule out any caching issues, or switch to a different browser if the problem persists.
