If you're referring to importing bills into the program, you can use the following steps. Before you begin, prepare your CSV (or Excel) file accurately. The required columns include bill number, supplier, bill date, due date, account, line amount, and line tax code.
Go to the Gear icon, then select Importdata.
Choose Bills.
Browse for the CSV file, then hit Next.
Map the fields, then proceed with Next.
Click Start import to add your bills and review the results.
