Hello, @info-woodstudiod. I’m here to help you set up an Owner’s Drawing so you can get paid of the salary as the owner from QuickBooks.

You can create an account from your Accounting menu. This way, you can keep track of the transactions. I’ll guide you in doing this process:

  1. On the left pane, select Accounting menu.
  2. In the Chart of Accounts window, select New.
  3. Choose Owner’s equity from the Account Type.
  4. Select Owner’s Equity as the Detail Type.
  5. You can enter a Name and Description.
  6. Enter an opening balance, then Save and Close.

To learn more about setting up and paying an owner’s draw, you can visit this article.

You can generate a Balance Sheet report to see the sum of your company's equity, including its net income for the current financial year.

I've also included some links to articles about adding a partner to your books or recoding an owner's contribution for your convenience:

Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions about your Drawing accounts. I'd be glad to answer them. Have a lovely day!
