We can adjust your language preferences to change your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to the Chinese version, Chan.

We can follow the steps below to change the language settings to Chinese in the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Accounts and settings.
  2. Click Advanced and go to the Language section.
  3. Tap the pencil icon to edit, and choose Chinese language from the drop-down.
  4. Press Save and then Done when you're ready.

We can also change the language settings of your browser (like Google Chrome) by following the steps below:

  1. At the upper-right of the open browser, click the vertical ellipsis ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Languages.
  4. From the Language drop-down, hit Add languages.
  5. Choose the language you want to use. Then, tap Add.
  6. Select the vertical ellipsis ⋮ beside the language, and then Display Google Chrome in this language checkbox.

On the other hand, if you need to add account numbers on your chart of accounts, refer to this article for the steps and details: Use account numbers in your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

To learn about the features of QBO in your local language, check out this article: Intuit QuickBooks Online Language Support.

Fill us in if there's anything else we can help with aside from changing the language setting and adding the account number in QBO.
