Hello there, Angolo.

Please note that QBO typically displays dates with separators such as slashes or dashes. For example, DD/MM/YYYY,  DD.MM.YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY. To change the date format, we can navigate to Accounts and Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right, then click Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Choose the Date Format under the Other Preferences section, select the desired format from the dropdown (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY).
  4. Click Save, then Done.

Let me know if you have other concerns. I'll be here to assist.
