Currently, we're still working on expanding the availability of connecting PayPal to QuickBooks. Thus, QuickBooks Online for International versions doesn't have a built-in feature for receiving PayPal payments from customers.
However, you'll want to consider using a third-party app in QBO that meets your needs. We're unable to suggest a specific app, but I'll show you how to look for one. Here's how:
From the left panel, click Apps.
Go to the Find Apps tab.
Use the search bar and enter the keyword to look for an app.
Choose an app from the list.
You can also check the QuickBooks Apps Store, then choose your country for free apps built by QuickBooks that work for you to help you with your business.
