How I can send text on whatsapp or phone for payment reminder?

Hello there, Syed. We can send an invoice reminder directly to your WhatsApp by opening each invoice.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your QuickBooks account. 
2. View any invoice. 
3. Enter a customer email in the invoice.
4. Head to the Review and send dropdown and click the Save & Share (WhatsApp) option. 
   
5. Click Share.

If you have a lot of invoice that needs reminders for that specific customer, we can use the Batch actions to send using your customer's email address. Please see screenshot below:

For future reminders, you can turn on the Automatic invoice reminders in your QuickBooks Settings by heading to the Gear icon> Sales> Reminders. You'll have to click on the Pencil icon and then set reminders depending on your preference. Be sure to click on Save, then Done, so the system can record the change.
