How to change monthly mandate to one time payment.

QuickBooks Online is a subscription product, and changing monthly mandate to one-time payment is currently unavailable in your region. With that, you have to pay it monthly.

About the resubscription that's not working, make sure to change or update your billing information to get this done. Here's how:

1. Sign in as a primary or company admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Select Account and settings.
4. In the Billing & Subscription tab, select Edit next to your payment method.
5. Update your credit card info.
6. Click Confirm card or Save.

Note: Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements. For additional information, check this resource:
