Currently, there is no built-in payroll capability for QuickBooks Online International. To record it in QuickBooks, you can manually enter the accounting data for your payroll using the journal entry feature.
The steps below will guide you through the complete steps.
Go to the +New button.
Select Journal Entry.
Under Date, select the paycheque date.
Input Entry # for the journal entry. (Optional)
Debit and Credit accounts:
Debit expense account used to track gross wages.
Debit expense account used to track Employer Contribution.
