Regarding on getting out to the beta version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend you get in touch with our Technical Support Team. This way, they can take a look at your account in a secure environment and provide fixes immediately.
To do that:
Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
Enter your question and click Let's talk.
Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
