You can go to the Billing & Subscription tab to change your payment schedule. I'll show you how:
Click the Gear icon.
Choose Account and settings.
Head to the Billing & Subscription tab.
Under the QuickBooks section, select Switch to monthly billing.
Click Switch, then Done.
However, if you're unable to view this option, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account details and change the billing cycle for you. Here's how:
Go to the Help icon.
In the QB Assistant window, enter "Talk to a human".
Select Contact Support Team, then enter "change payment schedule" in the search bar.
Choose No,I still need a human, then click Contact us.
Click Contact Support Team again, then choose Start a chat.
