I am being billed twice by quickbooks, but on my company profile when I check payment history I only see one payment. How can ask refund/ details of the second bill?

You can directly contact our live support team to check your billing details and process a refund if necessary, @chelsea29.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.

 

Our live support team is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
