I am having an issue with putting information in the memo section of Charts of Accounts.

Every time I put the information in, it automatically deletes.

As a first step, let's rule out any browser interference by opening QuickBooks in a private/incognito window. This turns off any background extras and gives us a fresh start to see if the browser is causing the issue. Once you're in, test the memo field again.


If the issue persists there, use another browser to narrow it down further.
