Question

I have a vendor who completed the ACH bank link request, and sent me a confirmation screenshot, and in QB it still says "requested". It's not updating. What do I do?

There could be several reasons why you're experiencing this issue, GGLLC.

 

Firstly, if the system fails to sync automatically, this can also lead to the error. Secondly, the status update could be delayed due to QuickBooks system constraints. Consider refreshing the page or logging out and back into QuickBooks Online to resolve the issue.

 

If the problem persists, clear your browser’s cache to remove any stored webpage data that could be contributing to the issue. If clearing the cache doesn’t fix the error, you can also switch to another supported browser installed on your device as an alternative solution.
